I think one of the reasons why they fail is that people underestimate the effort it takes to change a habit. They don’t have a realistic view of the effort it will take, so when they fail, they give up completely.

So instead of writing about the classic resolutions, I’ve come up with a fun free 5-day email challenge for the beginning of the new year to help you start a healthy lifestyle - hopefully permanently. Kind of a fun way we can all keep motivated, stay focused, and get some tips to make healthy eating easier and more enjoyable along the way.
